These are really the best homemade zucchini parmesan chips ever! I love simple recipes and quality ingredients. Fresh, healthy, and homemade real food snacks. Chips can be healthy and taste delicious if you get a little creative.
2 Ingredients: Parmesan cheese and zucchini.
Prep Time: 5 minutes.
Instead of those store bought bag of chips full of bad oils and artificial ingredients, make your own chips in just 20 minutes. You can have it as a snack or appetizer. Serve them at a party and impress your guest with this delicious finger food idea. I am thinking they will go well also with some marinara sauce for dipping.

Zucchini is one of my favorite vegetables. Slice it and bake it with some parmesan cheese, and you have the perfect healthy salty treat. Make sure you buy a good quality parmesan cheese. I like to grate the cheese myself, but you can also find it freshly grated at your local supermarket.

Easy to make and super healthy finger food idea. Great for a snack or appetizer. Super yummy! Gluten free, paleo and keto diet friendly.
- 2 large zucchini
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the zucchinis in slices and place them on a baking sheet on top of parchment paper.
- Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Put some grated parmesan cheese on top of each zucchini slice.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until the parmesan cheese turns golden brown.
- You can remove your chips using a spatula.
- Best if served right away.
