- 1 cup coconut water
- 3/4 cup berries *or fruit of your choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds *optional for extra protein
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera
- 1/2 teaspoon probiotics *get the recommended dosage according to age
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
- Blend everything in a high speed blender and drink right away.
For best results drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
It is always better to drink it right after making the smoothie. However, it can also be stored in the refrigerator for a day or two.
