- 1 cup grated beets (if not available fresh you can use canned beets)
- 1 small bag frozen mixed berries
- 2 cups liquid of choice (water, coconut water, any type of milk)
- Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
- If you are making ice pops or gummies, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
