High Protein Yogurt And Berries Breakfast Ice Pops

A delicious ice pop recipe that is easy to make and good for the entire family to enjoy.



  • 2 small LALA yogurt smoothies (favorite flavor)
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries (or your fruit of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender.
  2. Pour in ice pop molds and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
  3. You can also enjoy it as a smoothie.
