Great healthy snack option and also perfect baby food. Made with only two ingredients. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan.



  • 2 organic Gala apples (or you can use any type you want)
  • pinch of cinnamon (about 1/4 of a teaspoon)


  1. Peel and chop apples in big slices.
  2. Steam apples for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Place apples and cinnamon in a blender and puree until smooth. You can add a little water for a thinner consistency.
