Almond Bites: healthy and nutritious treat made with only three ingredients. You will make about 15 almond bites with this recipe.



  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 810 dates


  1. Grind almonds into fine consistency.
  2. Add the banana and dates and pulse several times until everything is mixed.
  3. Remember that you need a high speed blender or good food processor for optimal results.
  4. Form little balls with your hands and put in the fridge to set for about 1-2 hours.
