- 2 cups almonds
- 1 ripe banana
- 8–10 dates
- Grind almonds into fine consistency.
- Add the banana and dates and pulse several times until everything is mixed.
- Remember that you need a high speed blender or good food processor for optimal results.
- Form little balls with your hands and put in the fridge to set for about 1-2 hours.
