Description
A simple smoothie recipe made with two super healthy ingredients: blueberries and kale. You can add your favorite supplements also.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of coconut water (You can also use any type of milk, water or yogurt)
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup kale
Instructions
Blend everything together in a high speed blender. Blueberries need to be frozen for best results. Serve right away. You can also add any supplement you want.
* If you want to add a boost of protein, blend it with a scoop of collagen.
*If you want to add more vitamins for the kids, add a good multivitamin.
*If you want to boost the immune system, add probiotics.

Nutrition information varies depending on the supplements you use. You can use one or several supplements at once.
I like to add collagen to my kids’ smoothies at least 3 times a week. It gives an extra protein boost.
I add probiotics daily for a couple of months and then give them a break for another couple of moths before starting them again. Probiotics help strengthen the immune system.
I always add a complete and all natural multivitamin for my kids.
