Frozen Blueberries with Greek Yogurt

A super creative and healthy snack idea for kids and adults. Easy to make and so much fun to eat.


  • Blueberries
  • Sticks
  • Greek Yogurt (works really well). If you want you can use plain greek yogurt and add some honey, stevia or maple syrup.


  1. Put blueberries on a stick
  2. Roll in greek yogurt
  3. Freeze for a couple of hours. (You can freeze in a tray on top of parchment paper)
  4. Enjoy your Frozen Blueberries With Greek Yogurt!


For best results use greek yogurt
