Ingredients
- 1 box Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta, Spaghetti Style
- 3 or 4 bacon strips
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup peas
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp butter
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop onions, red pepper, bacon and garlic and sautรฉ with some cooking oil for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the whipping cream, butter, peas, and some salt. Mix everything well and keep the temperature in medium heat.
- Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Separately, cook pasta according the box instructions, drain and then mix it together.
