Ingredients

  • 1 box Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta, Spaghetti Style
  • 3 or 4 bacon strips
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop onions, red pepper, bacon and garlic and sauté with some cooking oil for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the whipping cream, butter, peas, and some salt. Mix everything well and keep the temperature in medium heat.
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Separately, cook pasta according the box instructions, drain and then mix it together.
