  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 small/medium carrots (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a big bowl, mix the ground turkey with the grated carrots and add some salt and pepper. You can also add other spices like oregano, garlic, or onion powder. It is really up to you and your personal taste.
  3. Make little round burgers with your hands and place them on a baking sheet on top of parchment paper. You should add a little bit of olive oil to the parchment paper before (about 1 teaspoon).
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, turning the burgers once at about 10 minutes.
