It’s time for Lent and traditional Lent recipes. Growing up in Peru, I am used to eating lots of seafood dishes and my family particularly LOVES shrimp! This is why I am sharing with you my favorite shrimp and rice skillet recipe.
During this special season, getting together and sharing special moments at the dinner table is really important for me. I like to make memories and teach my kids my Latino culture with delicious homemade recipes. All you need is good quality ingredients and some creativity to enjoy unforgettable moments.
This time I am using Clamato®. Clamato is the authentic tomato cocktail that spices up all your parties and get-togethers. It really does bring a boost of flavor to many dishes like this shrimp and rice skillet. I also love it in dishes like shrimp ceviche or cocktails like Micheladas!
You can find Clamato Tomato Cocktail at Walmart with the rest of your ingredients. They have an amazing selection of fresh produce so you can be sure your dishes are full of nutrition and flavor.
I love cooking with fresh ingredients, so I came up with this delicious shrimp and rice skillet recipe. It is an easy to make, healthy, and full of flavor. You can make it in a large skillet and it will be good for a large family. Nothing is better than homemade food shared with your loved ones. Homemade recipes really have the power to bring families together, make new memories and even create new traditions.
Walmart makes it really easy for you to create a meatless recipe with Latino flavors and celebrate Lent with your loved ones. You can find Clamato in the fruit and veggie juice aisle. This tomato cocktail is really the key ingredient for this dish to come out full of flavor.
My kids were super excited to go shopping at Walmart and get all the ingredients needed for this wonderful Lent recipe. We got onions, peppers, paprika, turmeric, chicken broth, garlic, rice, and Clamato Tomato Cocktail. Yum! All these wonderful flavors cooked together for an amazing meal your family will sure remember.
