1. Strawberry Overnight Mug Oats
Let’s kick things off with one of my favorites! By the way, you’ll use the same instructions for all recipe variations below. The ingredients are the only things that change.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of organic/gluten-free oats
- 2 cups of milk of choice
- 6 chopped strawberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla/cinnamon extract
- 1 tablespoon of honey/maple syrup
Instructions
- Layer in fruit, syrup, and seed/nut/cereal ingredients.
- Cover with your choice of milk.
- Pop in the oats.
- Leave in your fridge overnight.
- In the morning place a layer of crunchy granola on top and enjoy!
YUM!
2. Banana And Peanut Butter Oats
I love the combination of peanut butter and bananas, don’t you?
- 2 cups of organic/gluten-free oats
- 2 cups of milk of choice
- 1 ripe, chopped banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of natural salted peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
NOTE: Make sure you use REAL maple syrup. I know it costs more but it’s worth it. The cheap stuff is just “maple flavored,” and it’s basically just artificially flavored corn syrup. As I’m sure you know, that’s not really good for you.
3. Overnight Oats With Cocoa Powder
Chocolate lovers, here’s one just for you!
- 2 cups of organic/gluten-free oats
- 2 cups of milk of choice
- 1 chopped pear
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (stir mixture before refrigerating)
For all of these recipes, you can use honey in place of maple syrup and vice-versa. I prefer raw honey because it’s SO good for you.
4. Vanilla And Lime Oats
- 2 cups of organic oats
- 2 cups of milk of choice
- Half of a chopped apple
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of lime zest
- 1 tablespoon of honey
5. Kiwi And Lemon Oats
- 2 cups of organic oats
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 chopped banana
- 1 kiwi peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon of a lemon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- A pinch of salt
Again, just follow the same steps for 2-5 as you did for the strawberry overnight oats. As for the milk, I like making my overnight oats with almond milk but you can use any type of you want. You can get glass mugs and store your recipes for up to 5 days in the fridge.

Hi, I would say 2 large ones depending on how big you want your portion. 3-4 small ones. Hope this helps.
