Stuffed Jalapeños With Cream Cheese And Bacon
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños. You can either grill them or bake them. Either way they will come out so delicious. Perfect finger food for a party to enjoy with friends and family.
You will be surprised to know you only need 3 ingredients for this recipe. That’s right! All you need is: fresh jalapeños, cream cheese and bacon. Simple and easy to make appetizer that will be gone in a few minutes.
So let’s start making our appetizer. First, you need to clean your jalapeños really well. Using a sharp knife, slice them in half and remove the seeds and membranes. Those seeds are really really spicy, the kind of spicy that will make you cry!
If you don’t want your Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños too spicy, boil them for a couple of minutes after cleaning them. The more time you boil, the less spicy they will come out. Wait for the water to boil first and then add the jalapeños for about 1-2 minutes if you want them mild. I boiled them for 3 minutes and they weren’t spicy at all.
Now it’s time to start filling your jalapeños with some cream cheese. Finally, wrap them in delicious bacon. You can use toothpicks if you think is needed. I just used a couple because my delicious Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños were holding together pretty well.
In the oven they go at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. The bacon should turn crispy and toasted, just the perfect combination with the cream cheese and jalapeños. They hold together pretty well and make a great finger food. Serve right away and enjoy a great appetizer.
