So let’s start making our bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños.
First, you need to clean your jalapeños really well. Using a sharp knife, slice them in half and remove the seeds and membranes. Those seeds are really really spicy, the kind of spicy that will make you cry!
If you don’t want your Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños too spicy, boil them for a couple of minutes after cleaning them. The more time you boil, the less spicy they will come out. Wait for the water to boil first and then add the jalapeños for about 1-2 minutes if you want them mild. I boiled them for 3 minutes and they weren’t spicy at all.
Now it’s time to start filling your jalapeños with some cream cheese. Finally, wrap them in delicious bacon. You can use toothpicks if you think is needed. I just used a couple because my delicious Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños were holding together pretty well.
In the oven they go at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. The bacon should turn crispy and toasted, just the perfect combination with the cream cheese and jalapeños. They hold together pretty well and make a great finger food. Serve right away and enjoy a great appetizer.
Amazing Health Benefits of Jalapeños
Jalapeños are nutrient-dense peppers low in calories but rich in vitamins A, C, K, B6, and fiber. Their primary compound, capsaicin, provides significant health benefits including boosting metabolism, promoting weight loss, acting as an anti-inflammatory for pain relief, and possibly aiding heart health. By incorporating jalapeños in your diet, you not only enjoy a tasty treat but also support your overall health. Learn about more amazing health benefits of eating jalapeños HERE.

- Serve on a platter with toothpicks for easy grabbing.
- Safety: wear gloves when handling jalapeños if you’re sensitive to capsaicin and avoid touching your face.
- Reheating: reheat in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes or in an air fryer at 350°F for 4–6 minutes; avoid microwaving to keep bacon crisp.
