Let’s begin by understanding what essential oils are. An essential oil is a natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic fragrance of the plant or other source from which it is extracted. The oils capture the plant’s scent also called its “essence.”
Plants have medicinal properties and essential oils can help treat many common conditions. Know that people have been using them for thousands of years to achieve full body and mind wellness.
What Are Essential Oils Good For?
Essential oils benefits go well beyond a pleasant smell. Essential oils can help your child relax or sleep, or improve their digestion.

I just wanted to say that I love your blog and have just found out about detox baths for kids. My 5 year old is always sick and has asthma so that complicated things more. So I’m gonna start doing this regularly. But I also just wanted to let you know that water and oil don’t mix so you really shouldn’t dilute EO’s with water. It should always be diluted with a carrier oil first and then put in water. 😊
