Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon
- 2 tablespoons raw honey *or substitute for maple syrup or stevia
- 1 cup of water
Instructions
- I cut my watermelon in small squares and put it in the freezer for about 3-4 hours before blending the smoothie.
- Blend the frozen watermelon with honey and water. You need a high speed blender for great results.
