Ingredients
- Asparagus (trim the ends)
- Prosciutto
- Blue Cheese Dressing
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Bake asparagus at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. You can add some salt before baking. Let it cool.
- Take three asparagus and wrap a thin slice of prosciutto around and secure with a toothpick.
- In 3 ounce shooters, place some blue cheese dressing first and then the asparagus with prosciutto.
