This is a really a family favorite. Instead of unhealthy Chinese Take Out, choose to make your own at home with fresh ingredients! What can be better than homemade food?
I love cooking in my Cuisinart MSC-600 crock pot. It is easy, super convenient, and the best part: the food comes out so tender and yummy!
Crock Pot Cashew Chicken
Quick note- If you don’t have a crock pot, you can also make a modified version of this cashew chicken in a skillet.
