You don’t even need an ice cream maker. Make you own delicious ice cream with just a regular blender and 2 super healthy ingredients: bananas and milk! A healthy treat that is perfect for kids and adults.

You need frozen bananas for this recipe. What I do is freeze bananas that are sitting in my kitchen already ripe. I put them inside a ziplock bag and I have one of my ingredients ready for when I want to make ice cream. The bananas need to be ripe for this recipe. Ripe bananas will make this ice cream taste very sweet.

- 2 frozen bananas
- Splash of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- In a high speed blender, place the frozen bananas with a splash of milk to make your ice cream. Try adding a little milk and blend to get the right ice cream consistency.
- Using an ice cream scoop, place in a serving bowl.
- You can also add toppings like shredded coconut, nuts, fruits, or chocolate.
- Double the recipe if you need more than 3 servings.
