Homemade ice pop recipes are a great idea for a healthy snack at home. I recently received a box of Cocozia 100% Organic Coconut Water for review and decided to make some delicious ice pops and smoothies.
Cocozia Coconut Water is the next best thing to drinking coconut water right out of a coconut! It is USDA organic certified, which means it is a pure coconut water and non GMO. Coconut water is also naturally gluten free and this brand is also Kosher certified. Cocozia 100% Organic Coconut Water has no pulp, no sugar added, no preservatives, and it is not from concentrate.
I opened my first 11 ounce container (I received a box of 12) and tasted the coconut water. I love this coconut water! Tastes fresh, pure and it is very refreshing too! I always read labels and turned my container to see only one simple and good ingredient on the list: 100% organic coconut water.
Drinking coconut water brings lots of health benefits! Because of its high concentration of fiber, coconut water aids in the prevention of indigestion and reduces the occurrence of acid reflux. Coconut water is also way more effective at hydrating the human body than any sports and energy drinks. It contains five essential electrolytes: calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and sodium. Coconut water is so good for you!
Choosing a good coconut water is crucial and I think Cocozia 100% Organic Coconut Water is an excellent choice. It is organic, it is pure and it tastes so good!
