Wholesome 3 Ingredient Blueberry Mousse
You will be amazed to see how easy it is to prepare this healthy treat. And who does not love blueberries? They are one of my favorite fruits. This recipe took me literally 5 minutes to make, and this delicious mouth-watering mousse came out creamy, naturally sweet, and oh so yummy. A must try for blueberry lovers!
This is just the perfect homemade treat for my family. After a nice homemade dinner, we can enjoy a little sweet treat like this Incredibly Wholesome 3 Ingredient Blueberry Mousse. Satisfies a sweet craving with all “good for you” natural ingredients.
You just need coconut milk, blueberries and maple syrup!
Make sure that you refrigerate your full fat coconut milk a day before in the back of your refrigerator so it thickens. It should turn into a cream. I used So Delicious Coconut Milk for this recipe. Then basically all you need is to blend the ingredients, refrigerate and enjoy.
The mousse thickens after several hours in the fridge, and I personally like it better in terms of texture, but you can serve it right away too.
I love wholesome treats because we can really enjoy something totally delicious and at the same time nurture our bodies. Remember that you don’t need to be an expert in the kitchen or use fancy ingredients.

Before I forget, let me tell you that you can also add a tablespoon of chia seeds to this Incredibly Wholesome 3 Ingredient Blueberry Mousse recipe, and add some quality protein. Isn’t it great? A tablespoon of chia seeds provides about 6 grams of fiber, 2 grams of protein, 90 milligrams of calcium, and 2.5 grams of omega-3 fatty acids.

Blueberry Mousse Video Tutorial
A healthy and delicious family treat.
- 11 ounces full fat coconut milk (about 1 can or small bottle)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup *you can substitute for honey also
- Make sure you refrigerate your coconut milk in the back of the refrigerator the night before.
- Blend all the ingredients together well.
- Place in small containers.
- Decorate with some fresh blueberries on top.
- Refrigerate for a few hours if you like the mousse thicker.
