Plus, it’s just one of the handiest kitchen gadgets overall.

Are lentils a gluten-free food? You betcha! They may look and taste like a grain, but they’re actually a member of the legume family (the same family as peanuts and beans). After dinner, surprise your whole family with one of these spectacular fall recipes for dessert!

15. Air-fried Spiced Apples (Gluten-Free)
This last one is the perfect quick and healthy gluten-free snack, and it takes just minutes to make! Honestly, though, you could omit it entirely and toss on some cinnamon instead, and it will still be just as yummy.

This pumpkin bread recipe is part side, part dessert, and all delicious. It uses gluten-free flour in place of the regular stuff so everyone can enjoy it. If your kids don’t like raisins, they’re easily omitted.
